Peanut Butter!

I had some weird ready-meal pasta thing (300 cals), a bit of banana bread (80 cals) and 10 raspberries (10 cals), that put me at EXACTLY 1200 cals, my goal. but then I was at my neighbours house and they gave me 3 tiny slices of pizza, I think it was about 300 calories according to the nutritional value.. So that's 1500 calories, I guess it's alright.
I MADE A REALLY COOL LOWERED CALORIE AND FAT PEANUT BUTTER.
You see, I have natural peanut butter, from the health food store. And I decided to like drain the oil out (it separates, unlike commercial brands)... so I pressed all the remainder of the peanut butter (there wasn't much, thought I'd try it out) with paper towels. Then it became really dry and crumbly, which I expected.. So I added a bit of lite soy milk (5 cals-ish) and mixed that it, and it went back to peanut butter consistency! and THEN I steamed a small carrot (I failed pretty epically though, burnt the pot, but still got the carrot steamed), mashed it up and mixed it with the PB & soy mix. It's a good spreadable consistency, and I tasted a tiny bit, and I like it BETTER than regular peanut butter, coz the carrot makes it sweet!

yeah, i'm really into peanut butter eh...
I'm not used to ready meals, all my life I've eaten home cooked meals, it's odd.
I have this thing about calories being round (?) number.
Like.. not 147.. 150!.. IT bugs me.
Ugh.. I need some sleep!!!
