Shoppppppping.

Went grocery shopping today, bought the following:
- assorted fruit and veg (apples, mandarins, kiwifruit, mushrooms)
- applesauce (for cooking, can replace oil: oil has like 1000 cals a cup, applesauce has 100 cals a cup, WIN)
- peanut butter
- psylium husk (basically is just fibre, 1 teaspoon is 3g of fibre and 10 cals)
- corn puffs (cereal, 54 cals a cup)
- jam
- pita pockets (for mini pizza, 99 cals)
- fat free yoghurt (60 cals a tub)
that's about all really. I buy weird crap eh?
ANYWHO.
Went to the gym today, for like an hour, I blame my mother who is lazy.. I actually told her the gym closed at 2:30 so we went at 1:30, but really it closes at 3:30, so I was figuring maybe I'd get an extra hour. BUT NO - "Oh well, since we have this extra time, let's go to the mall" - mother. So....  Yeah, but we shopped 2 hours and shopping burns calories too.. I bought a new dress!!! AND jumper. Pretty :) :) :)
I had a salad at the mall, it wasn't premade either, I got to CHOOSE what went in it. IT consisted of:
- eggplant
- lettuce
- tomato
- pineapple
- corn
- carrot
- mushrooms
- capsicum
&&& Lime juice! NO OIL... win (again) AHH i'm so awesome, I just checked the nutrition on the website, and the dressing I picked has like 3 times less calories than the mustard - which I was considering getting coz regular mustard is almost no calories.
I'm much better today! NOT sick, my appetite is back :P
I've had about 600 cals today and I'm totally done. Good me.
I HAD:
weet bix, chia, lite soy, 15 raspberries - 200
banana bread with half tbsp carrot and pb spread - 180
mini pizza - 150
salad - 50
= 580
cooolies!
Arrrrrhm.................................... YEAH.
