Like my actual intake.
600 calories worth of nachos
700 calories worth of milo with milk
200 calorie toast (1 extra thick slice with butter)
150 calories nutri-grain with soymilk
250 calorie mars bar
300 calorie piece of cake
400 calories - 2 scoop icecream with a baked apple
2600.. wow. that's more than I recall.
See.. I gotta learn to add it up more carefully in my head.. but that is exaggerated a lil.
Tomorrow when I wake there's a few things I need to pick up, fortunately this includes walking to the shops. But I'm too embarassed to buy this stuff from my local grocery, coz they all know me.. So I'll walk to the larger supermarket 10 minutes further away. cool :)
Okay,
apple cider vinegar, diet soda, gum, celery, maybe seaweed snacks, and I believe I'm going to town so I'll get some espresso in a can.
I LOVE coffee, man it's delicious.
So I'll just get some black coffee with ma friend tomorrow. Awesome.
