Cereal is cool.

cereal - 220
apple mandarin - 100
sandwich - 290
sandwich - 80

Aw what?
I swear to mothernigging god it was higher than that. Ah well. Good thing I suppose. And yes, I know I said I'd make it low - but I was hungry and THOUGHT I'd be going to the gym. But then mother made a huge deal complaining about all the stuff she does for me that my dad doesn't at the phone store, that I ran out of time. On the plus side, I had a 3 hour dance rehearsal. It's pretty light dancing, but hey - at least it's moving.
I'm sorry I still haven't replied to you marcus, I've been rather busy.

I FOUND THE BEST CEREAL:
54 calories a CUP. OH yeahhh! (it's puffed spelt, from the health food store)
So that means I could make breakfast a 120 calorie affair (fruit and chia).
And make dinner mushrooms (30).. 150 calories for breakfast and dinner.
And then lunch could be some awesome foods.
Yay.
