Intake for yesterday (?, it's like 22 minutes past midnight..) was nothing really set as a meal. I had some tea, lemon juice, vitamin.. the usual. then I made sweet potato gnocchi, tomato + onion jam, beetroot hummus and chai tea.
I had like a few spoons of each and served my mum some and then put it in the fridge to have another time.. I had a whole cup of the tea but that's zero and a metabolism booster anyway.. I went for like a 10 minute run with like 15 minutes walking intergrated.. Yes I know I'm really lazy. With every kilo I lose, running becomes SO much fricking easier. It's kind of awesome.
anyhow, I'm guessing about 200 calories today. Cool :)
I've been reading Marya's book - it's actually really good and interesting.. Her dad sounds like mine lol.
