ANOTHER POST

just must write down a few things.

PEANUT BUTTER - But it from health the food store! the natural one. Commercial brands actually take away the peanut oil (to sell) and replace it with hydrogenated vegetable oil (which is bad for weight loss), ew. and they add a ton of sugar and salt, about 25% of it the peanut butter is sugar and salt.

COOKING - I adore cooking, too bad it means eating too! so i think i'm going to bake muffins / whatnot. and tell my mum i want to give some for friends, so i'll take some "for me" as well, but just give them out. I will be making chai tea though, as it is basically calorie free, and ginger and cinnamon are weight loss aids. too bad i don't like it without soymilk or honey. This is my fave recipe:

Things i NEED to have:
green tea, chai ingredients, salad ingredients, apple cider vinegar (weight loss aid), shirataki noodles (zero calorie noodles, flavourless but take on flavour of anything cooked with), miso soup.

FOODS i love a lot but can't have too often:
Porridge, peanut butter, vege burgers, soy icecream (although tons better than regular icecream, calorie wise, like a third less cals), homemade coconut milk curry, avocado sushi.

I will not reward myself with any of this until i reach my ultimate goal weight.
MY GOALS:
58kg (done)
55kg - a flower
53kg - a new book
50kg - new clothing
45kg - one binge day, after a week of maintaining. the foods listed above.
and then perhaps a 3 day fast.
