
Okay. my plan!
Well, when I don't eat enough I get REALLY cold and grumpy and tired and bitchy.
So i'm going to do alternate day fasting because I think that works really well for me.
So today is a non eating day, and tomorrow might be aswell, just to make up for last night's binge, but up until my birthday that is how it shall roll. and I shall have TWO meals on eating days, to keep me going, small of course, but it'll kick my metabolism's up the butt. :D
I don't even enjoy food that much anymore.
I used to love it, food was great, now it just makes me feel sick and guilty.
I just had the coolest idea, but it's actually really lame.
OKAY so today is day
