I walked to work (50 min walk), seriously THE most tiring experience ever, my heart was beating superfast when I got there. Normally I'd be fine, I guess it's the lack of food.
Anyway, made it through work, and made it through most of this day and have not eaten!
Woo! I will be so proud of myself if I can accomplish this. THAT INCLUDES the afterfast program.
There's quite a few foods that have always hated or disliked, which everyone else seems to love. I think I count myself lucky.
All meats, eggs, mayonnaise, soft drinks, donuts, a lot of different flavours of chips.
Foods tempting me but I avoided today:
Subway fresh cookies, I had to bake these ALL day, I could smell them.
Subway veggie patties, mmmmmm.
Peanut butter, as usual.
Waldorf salad, mum made some and was being really annoying about me eating some.
popcorn, mum made that too.
