So, i need to end this fast properly.
Slowly get myself back on eating, the same as how I slowly got myself off eating so much. and I need to structure this, or I won't stick to it.
Day 1, 2 (*AF) - Juice. Any type; strawberry and apple, nudie juices. JUST JUICE.
Day 3 - Raw vegetables and fruit - apples, carrots, celery
Day 4 - Incorporate more - salad with dressing & Avocado & seeds, veggie soup
Day 5 - Peanut butter (natural) sandwich, porridge. (MY BIRTHDAY!! :D)
Honestly, I fricking love peanut butter A LOT.
It's amazing.
Truly.
