Change is hard.

Okay, weighed myself.
55.8kgs, meaning I'm over my goal weight for my birthday (Friday) by 0.8kg..
:S hope I can do it! Although I actually can't really weigh myself till Sunday, so I get two extra days haha.
It IS more than the last time I weighed myself (54.9kg), by that was at the end of a 5 day fast. What do I expect?

Okay, a few notes for myself.
vege chips - 120 cals per 25g pack
fruit and nut bars - 220 cals >> choc chip muesli bars - 140 cals per bar
regular peanut butter (tbsp) - 165 cals >> health peanut butter (tbsp) - 150 cals
honey - 91 cals per tablespoon
hummus - 27 cals per tablespoon
bread - 80 cals per slice >> pita bread - 100 cals per full pocket (use half pocket)
tortilla - 130 cals >> jumbo taco shell - 90 cals
weetbix - 109 per two
soy milk - 163 cals per cup
vegemite - 9 cals per teaspoon, nuttelex - 31 cals per teaspoon = 40 cals
red bean buns - 240 cals per pun
mi goreng noodles - 390 cals >> singapore instant noodles - 235 cals
with all those changes i put in together, that saves me..
320 cals. awesome.
