Breakfast

3 strawberries - 9 cals
2 weet bix - 109 cals
1/4 cup soy milk - 41 cals
1 teaspoon of honey - 22 cals
= 181 calories
I'm going to stick to 800 calories today.
So that means I still have 619 to go.
I plan on taking a thermus of chai to school.
Half a cup soy milk - 82 cals
1 tablespoon honey - 60 cals
= 142 cals
323 for the day..
What the hell am I supposed to have for lunch?
A peanut butter sandwich is 500 cals, no way am I having that.
3 jatz - 62 cals
vegemite and nuttelex - 20 cals
=82 cals
muesli bar - 140 cals
= 222 cals
545 cals for the day.
that leaves me 255 for dinner..? help.
hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
Oh! I could do that ^^ and then I could have singapore noodles for dinner.
Alright.
