Red Bean Paste Steamed Buns


I've realised something.
My plan (the birthday one) is NOT going to work out.
But I've realised how this is a very positive thing.
Thing is, I don't want to live like this forever, counting EACH and EVERY goddamn calorie and planning EACH and EVERY goddamn meal. Just until I'm down to my happy weight.
I need to have a base knowledge of it, and be able to eat a full day without going over, just maintaining.
So my birthday will be my training.
I'm going to allow myself to eat whatever, but NOT go over, and be AWARE of what I put into my mouth.
MY father is coming over for breakfast and I'm going to be making banana blueberry pancakes (300 cals) and also chai tea. Then after school me and my friends are going to my favourite vegetarian / vegan cafe. They have amazing veggie lentil burgers and sorbet and for ONCE I will just have the veggie burger and finish when I am no longer hungry. :D
What I need to keep in mind is that the point of being good with my food, is NOT so I can binge later and not gain any. It's so I can LOSE. :)

I DID go to the shops today (like I said I would :D), bought two things.
1. Strawberries - damn expensive, but will be delicious and make my two days of only fruit and veg easy.
2. Red Bean Paste Steamed Buns - 240 cals per bun. I dunno, I like, LOVE red bean buns, and they keep in the freezer, so I'll have one every occasion.

I still haven't had the chance to weigh myself! argghh. But I will post when I get the opportunity.

Oh and NEXT time I go to the shops I will get some seaweed and peaches.
