Okay, shit I post a lot.
Anyway, I KNOW I said that my fast would be for about 2-3 days, but I've read this article on the health benefits of fasting, and how if I can make it through the first 3 days, I stop wanting food at all and don't feel hunger.
So, 10 days is the recommended, that's what I'll do. Unless I feel I need to continue, then I will.
My mother would NEVER EVER EVER approve. SO I have to hide this well.
HOPE I CAN MAKE IT WITHOUT BEING FORCED TO EAT.
I'm going to start the fast officially tomorrow, because today my friend's all forced me to eat a tiny piece of cake, and WATCHED ME CHEW.
I then spat it out when they weren't looking, but still. It counts with a fast.
So my techniques,
cook some porridge, dirty some dishes, take & hide fruit and nut bars in silver box, take packed lunch and give away, eat OUT, take money for food, spend time in the kitchen.

OKAY, it's 11:50, fast begins officially in 10 minutes.
